Many of us often wonder what the standard of living, quality of life is and how our qualities allow us to build a successful trajectory of personal and professional life. However, not many can give a clear definition of the terms "Quality Person", "quality of life", "standard of living", which does not allow them to manage their main project called "Life". As a result, it does not turn out as we wanted, but as it turned out.

Let's sort out the terminology.

The quality of a person is the degree to which the totality of his own (inherent to him) social, physical, psychological, intellectual, spiritual characteristics meets the requirements of himself and society (the environment) to him. The consequence of this is his satisfaction with himself and his life, as well as society's satisfaction with him.

Quality of life, according to the WHO definition, "an individual's perception of his position in life in the context of the culture and value system in which the individual lives, and in connection with the goals, expectations, standards and interests of this individual." You can evaluate the quality of life by the following criteria:

— physical (strength, energy, fatigue)

— psychological (emotions, thinking, memorization, appearance)

— level of independence (daily activity, performance)

— life in society (relationships, social value of the subject)

— environment (safety, security, education, ecology)

— spirituality (religion, personal beliefs)

Thus, the Quality of Life is the degree of satisfaction of a person with himself, his own life characteristics and the degree of satisfaction with his loved ones and society as a whole.

The Quality of a Person is closely interconnected with the Quality of Life.

Just as the environment shapes a person, so a person shapes the environment.

The standard of living is the quality of life at the present moment relative to the past and the future. By assessing the quality of your life, managing changes in it, you can plan and achieve a new level of quality of your life in the future.

Homo Sapiens, showing the characteristics of Homo Qualitative, strives to live in harmony with himself and the world around him, managing, forming and improving his own characteristics that determine his quality. This is one of the most important paths of human social evolution.

The doctrine of the Qualitative Man defines the components of the Quality of life, which consist of 15 "spheres".

The first five are formed from the states and characteristics of the inner core of the personality. This is the body (flesh), heart (emotions), mind (intellect), spirit, will. The soul unites these components and holds life in the body.

There are 10 spaces surrounding us: the inner self, family, traditions, neighbors, colleagues, society (virtual and social sphere), state, civilization, the unknown (informational, spiritual, material) space. A person's attitude to these spaces and relationships in them determine his qualities.

Each person can determine their value guidelines, worldview and philosophy of Quality Life based on these components. Knowing this, you can set SMART goals and form a successful trajectory of personal and professional life. Make a SWOT analysis in which you write down your strengths (S), relative to your life goals, weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), threats (T).

Now imagine what kind of person you would like to be. Right now, build a phantom of your future. What characteristics do you want to add to yourself and which ones do you want to remove? What bad habits do you want to part with and what useful ones do you want to acquire. Draw the best version of yourself as a Quality Person and strive for it.
