Step 1

Answer the question: "What is quality of life for you? What are its components?"

Quality of life consists of satisfaction with yourself and your activities in all spheres of life.

Let's start with yourself. The first five components are formed from the states and characteristics of the inner core of the personality. These are the body (flesh), heart (emotions), mind (intellect), spirit, will. The soul unites these components and holds life in the body.

Next, we will define 10 spaces surrounding us: inner self, family, traditions, friends, neighbors, colleagues, society (virtual and social sphere), state, civilization (humanity), unknown (informational, spiritual, material) space.

Step 2

Assessment Assess the quality of your life at the moment, i.e. the degree of satisfaction in all spheres of life. Determine what is important to you now.

Step 3

Think about who you see yourself as in the future? What is your life mission and purpose? What do you dream about? What do you want to achieve in this life? What would you like to leave behind?

Step 4

Objectively assess your internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, since the quality of your life depends on you and the physical and social space around you. To get an accurate assessment, you need to ask yourself questions and answer them honestly. This is, in essence, your life SWOT analysis. SWOT is a method of analysis in strategic planning, which consists of dividing factors and phenomena into four categories: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.

Step 5

Write down smart goals for periods of your life. Distribute subgoals by periods for their systematic achievement in the current year, quarter, month, on a certain week and every day.

Life goals must be smart (SMART) - this is a prerequisite for their achievement.

SMART is an abbreviation formed by the first letters of the English words:

Specific - concrete

Measurable - measurable

Attainable - achievable

Relevant - significant

Time-bounded - related to a specific deadline

Thus, setting the right goal means that the goal is specific, measurable, achievable, significant and related to a specific deadline for its achievement.

Goals must be formed in accordance with your value guidelines and ideas about the quality of life, taking into account all areas of life.

Your main life goals can and should be related to your loved ones. This means that we set goals that combine what we want for ourselves with what we want to give to our loved ones, and in general form a program of what we need to achieve.

It is important not to miss a single area that determines the quality of life, to keep the situation under control. It is important to maintain a balance between personal and public interests.

We need to want something very much, dream, set goals and work on ourselves to achieve what we want for ourselves and our loved ones. This is how people appear who are said to be self-made.

The quality of a person's life is the degree of satisfaction of a person with himself, his own life characteristics and the degree of satisfaction of his loved ones and society as a whole.

The standard of living is the quality of life at the present moment relative to the past and the future. By assessing the quality of your life, managing changes in it, you can plan and achieve a new quality of your life in the future.

KEEP A BALANCE BETWEEN "I WANT", "I CAN" AND "NEED". PEDAL THE "QUALITY BIKE". ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. BE EFFECTIVE AND HAPPY! LIVE A QUALITY LIFE.
